I have paid the bill amnt of ***₹ on our due date, i. e, *th july but still they haven't acknowledged this, from past * week I have been struggling to get my services back, they are not responding to my requests, instead they are behaving very rudely to me, blocking my numbers so that i cant call them further. Now they are telling me to pay that amnt again as they cant find my transaction, i have send them the proof, still they are nit ready to consult their respective banks, instead telling me to do that. Their customer care is pathetic, nothing but computerized voice, their representatives are very rude, not ready to listen anything. Moreover they have activated some *days olan without my knowledge due to which we were getting internet services from *th to **th, but for the ***₹ that I have paid, they are not giving us any services.
