- Payment debited for Twice Open
I have booked hotel online through Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. vide booking ID-********* on date-**/**/**** against which they have debited the Payment of INR ****.** from my HDFC Credit Card on */**/****. Then Later on when we reached to that hotel on */**/****, the hotel receptionist asked for Payment as they said that they have not yet received any payment from Agoda. So I have again swiped my HDFC Credit Card for Rs.****/- on hotel reception on */**/****. I am continuously trying to reach out to Agoda Customer Care Number but could not reach them. Now therefore, you are requested to please look into this matter and ask Agoda to refund back my Payment of Rs.****.** at the earliest.
