I booked connection on *rd June from website online. The money got debited and till today I have not received any response from Tata Sky till date. Their telecallers pester me for this new connection and when I am looking to find where did my money from there portal go I am made to wait in the queue, speak to a bot and get only new service request numbers *I*GIM*S like these instead of resolutions. I am writing it due to sheer frustration and will recommend not to use the services because if the boarding of a new customer is such a pain for them god only knows what service they would deliver.
