Hi,
I have opted one my airtel plan of ****+tax in which suppose to get add * airtel postpaid number and get one broadband landline connection.
So here after geeting this plan my primary number ********** was added and one broadband connection in one airtel plan but my second postpaid number ********** was not added yet in one airtel **** plan hence im geeting two bills right now.
One is ****+taxs for (**********+broadband)
Second ***+taxs (**********)
***+taxs bill suppose wont come as i have raise complaint to add my this number in to one airtel **** plan but due to techinal issues or god knows airtrel people wont able to add my secondry number in to my one plan due to this im geeting extra ***+taxs bills of other number which is unnecssary as im already geeting benefit to add my second number in **** plan so why should i will opt *** plan.
I did so many complaint and did followup but from.last one month they just making excuses and not solving this . I dont understand why they wont able to my other number in to my one airtrl plan.
Its totally airtel fault if they wouldnt able to add my number or waiive off my amount of second number which is unnecessary coming on my head.
Kindly look in to and solve this either add my other number in one airtel plan **** which i opted or do waive off ***+taxs payment.
