- Pathetic experience by the service center Open
I am using a mi note* which I purchased in Aug'**. Due to some internal issues, its display suddenly stopped working the day before yesterday. Today I visited the Xiaomi service centre Shona road Gurgaon where I have received pathetic service support from executives. I was expecting that my phone display would be replaced since it is on warranty but the Xiaomi executive told me that outer plastic lining of display folder is chipped from the right corner and it can’t be replaced under warranty, however I have told him that the same got chipped off on the very next day I purchased the phone and it has nothing to do with the display.
At the time of checking the phone, Mr Mukesh Yadav (a very rude and non-professional person) has chipped it from other corner and told me that this entire lining is useless. When I asked him why the hell he chipped it from the other corner (the left corner now) he started a verbal fight with me. I told him that I am going to escalate this to the Xiaomi CEO but instead, he told me” tu chahe pradhan mantri ke pass chala ja”, I was polite with all the time (you can check the cctv footage between **:** am to **:** am, **rd Mar ****). he was so loud and rude I couldn’t have imagined. I have attached the photograph of the phone, you can see it’s nowhere comes under physical damage but the service centre team wants to charge me ****/-. I want this to be heard and resolved by the Xiaomi India.
