- Pathetic customer support Open
I requested an engineer visit to solve no signal issue on **th Aug and was promised that the engineer will visit in ** hrs. I stayed back home to attend the engineer for a full day and then follows up the engineer, he just rudely said call him tomorrow as if he is doing a favour. I called the customer care who promised another visit on **th and in *hrs and separate engineer. Yet again I stayed back home to attend the engineer and he did not turn up. Caller customer care again frustrated as this was the exact reason earlier I stopped recharging and then had to recharge as parents at home wanted to watch channels. Customer care said that they will escalate to supervisor and put me on long hold and then got disconnected. It happened every time until now whenever I requested the supervisor. I have been put on hold without much luck and call gets disconnected. One engineer called in between and I refused till I speak to a supervisor as I just can't keep staying at home in weekdays and there is no proper customer care I received for this harassment. It is unacceptable and very pathetic.
