- Parts missing from package Open
Purchased Redmi Note *S on ** May **. The product package delivered. But SIM Ejector Tool was missing from the box. Without this tool, I can't put SIM in this phone. So the whole phone is useless for me now.
Raised complaint with the customer care on the same day ** May **. They raised work order no WOIN*************. On every followup by me, they were telling "will resolve the issue soon". But today ** Jun **, got a mail from MI that the case is closed. Reason - the delivered box was intact. Poor server by MI. They should send me a "SIM ejector tool".
