I made a reservation for Symphony Resorts on the *th of April **** for a check-in on the **th of April ****. I canceled my reservation on the *th of April ****. The cancellation policy of the hotel stated that a full refund will be initiated, the cancellation email and the customer support told me the same thing but I was deducted ₹***.** stating that it was for payment gateway charges. I had asked them to provide me with a proper response for which they have failed. They haven't replied to my emails properly, I still haven't got a reply for my last email.
