I have ordered * products in one shot from this dealer. *. Side panels, *.tpfc , *. Rear indicators. But I have received only * items from them except tpfc item and for that they did refund after my so many requests it took around * month of time. So when we will place the order, they will ask us to send bike model and it's pics by email. So, I have shared details with them. Later I thinked again that and I requested them to share actual items pics before dispatching to me in order to avoid future complincts. so for this, I got response from them like OK sir by email. after that no mails, no chats no calls were been answered by them and they have sent the products to me directly without sharing the pics before actual dispatch. When I received the parcel it was containing different item(got plain side panels, instead of colourful panels for the which order was placed by me earlier). Regarding this I have raised the concern, for that they said me to do the return(return shipping charges will be our own). But doing return is completely waste of my time and energy. So what I thought and asked them is like instead of returning the product back to you, I will stick the stickers from my end only to meet that expectation and you just send the stickers. They said ok for that. After that since from the next day onwards, they have stopped responding to me. It has been ** days by now, they are not at all responding and it seems they will not respond forever because I have sent so many mails and did calls and sent messages in whatsapp but still no reply eventhogh he will be in online. It has been by more than * month now by placing the order still they have not fulfilled my service. My expectations: Either they have to send stickers or they have to do the some portion like **% of refund atleast. Kindly do the needful!
