- Parcel (EU068216265IN)-Lost In transit Open
From past ** days I visited more than * times to Maharishi Nagar Post office for my complaint regarding consignment lost and for compensation but staff is unable to provide any information about compensation and also they were asking me to complaint for this issue to NSH New Delhi and Ghaziabad office.
Again on **th Sep **** when I visited Maharishi Nagar Post office, I met Mr. Suman who was the P.O in charge in absence of Post Master. He asked me to visit Ghaziabad post office for the compensation and didn't provide any further information and his behavior was very lethargic on this request.
Already filed a Consumer Forum Complaint: ****** against this lost and delay response from India Post on my Consignment status.
Already its been long, since *th Aug **** I am struggling with the status of my consignment and now with compensation procedure. So, request you to please help me to compensate the parcel cost along with the delivery charges ASAP. Expecting request to be acknowledge and resolve in a week.
