I paid the amount but when my bank check my credit report loan are still active. These people will call if payment is delay and they will use bad word . And they will call everyone, but after payment even facing the issue . For this active loan showing on my credit report so it's affecting my cibil as well . Try to reach there customer support. They are ignoring the call
