- Paid for the for the food which was technically not ordered Closed
On *th of march, I tried ordering food from Swiggy for the amount of Rs.***. The food ordered was for my family and kids who were at home for the only holiday we spend together. When i tried to confirm the order the money was taken from my account without any hassle (it didn't even take much time to second guess that maybe there is a payment gateway issue). So, first i tried to have a word with this guy named Sumit.b, who was actually a guy who made me wait for **mins to give me a reply on my concern, even when i ws submitting my payment proof and then i started to talk with a supervisor (Pragnya) who only had this mechanical answer that u'll recieve the refund within *-* business days and they kept cuttin my chat. And this was all happening when my whole family was waiting for the food. I was actually starting to beg to them that help me with whatever solution the have but to no avail.
