I paid for new internet connection on Feb *, ****. They promised me that installation will be done in three working days. Even after multiple follow ups installation is not done. I requested for refund on Feb ** they are not even listening to my concerns they are simply telling that I'll get a cal from concerned team. But I have not received a single call so far. Daily I'm calling them two or three times and going through the same things. Please help me in getting my money back. I have called them more than ** times for installation and refund request.
