The company offered me * vouchrs of * nights * days free Gift voucher.I was supposed to pay only taxes as per the terms of the vouchers.When i requested to redeem my vouchers,the company demanded Rs.**** per night.My request that i shall pay the taxes when the hotel will issue me the bill turned down by the company and demanded Rs.**** per night in advance.
This is sheer cheating. This amount of Rs.**** was not mentioned, only taxes were to be paid by me.
When you accept their offer initially, you take free gift vouchers into reckoning .The company is openly flouting the terms.
