I ordered my iPhone ** Pro Max *** GB worth Rupees ****** INR during Great Indian Festival on **-Sep-**, and received the product early morning on **-SEP-**. But my excitement went vanish cause:
*.) I received the package in torn condition.
*.) Device Box had broken seal already.
*.) Phone was already Power On inside the box as well as already booted.
*.) USB cable was missing from the box.
Complaint against this delivery to Amazon, they denied to provide replacement, also they are not providing the link on which I can upload the pics. Although Device is genuine verified by Apple Care, but received without cable that is a big pain. Reported the same to Apple they advised this is packaging related issue which is a department of Amazon, not Apple. Raised the issue with Amazon Special Team, hoping something Positive.
