I have purchased two solar panel along with Mppt cahrge controller,Dc wire,and Mc* connector * week bofore(**/**/****).They are clearly mention that They will deliver almost all pincodes in india and they will shiped with in * days.When i check in my profile i made to order in there official website,still my product is not yet shiped.I try to contact them through there official whatsapp but no reply from there side.After that i try to connect them through there email,i got a reply that one of my orderd item is out of stock.And it will be availbale this monday(**/**/****).This time i decided to wait for * more days.
Today (**/**/****) as they said ,i contact them throug there given phone number in the morning and also i sent an email regarding my problem.while the telefonic conversation ,they one lady she said the product (was out of stock) will be available today and my product wil dispatch today itslef by evening.In the evening i received a mail from one of there coustomer service agent Kavitha Aneja,she mention that will ship buy this tomarrow.
What should i do now?I am really verymuch frustrated about Loom solar company and there coustomer service.If the product is out of stock then why should they dont even mention there official websit,the product is out of stock??If they cant send my product why should they keep my money?I already said them to refund my money,i dont want there product any more,but still no favorable reply.What shuld i do now?why they cant send me the available product to me?If they dont have the product ,why they are showing available in there website?
