We ordered Usha Sewing Machine from flipkart under profile name Ramesh Kumar, order ID *D******************,FROM FLIPKART and got delivered on **th June.In this few accessories are missing and also due to some bill claim issue, i requested to return the product on **th June and it was as per return policy. We got return request approval message and information regarding refund as well on same day along with deadline of product pickup by *th July.However on *th July, we got a text message claiming that installation demo has been done which was untrue and on *th July, return request got cancelled from flipkart end.Since then till now we have talked multiple times with customer care executive and always we get *-* days deadline for resolution and it keeps repeating but so far no one contacted us for resolution and not even executives are giving proper information. There is no update even over our flipkart site.Now I am feeling like cheated by flipkart. I require support for the immediate resolution and to get refund back in to my account.For this product, Cash on delivery was the payment mode.
