I had bought a guitar bag for ***rs from Amazon. To avoid the delivery cost I had also ordered a Nivea cream of ***rs which was unnecessary for me. The cream had been delivered to me and I payed for it. The guitar bag was never delivered to me which was my primary concern and was returned to the seller. I had bought the bag during an offer period and its price have now crept up to over ***rs. I just want the bag to be delivered at the same price at the earliest as I have a need for it now and can't go out to purchase it. I had called * customer service people who sadi they were very sorry and some team will contact me later and the last one saying nothing could be done and now I have to suffer the loss of Rs *** for a thing I did not really want.
