I wanted to activate * gb internet pack for ** days but I already had *.* gb pack active as it is a compulsion for every one who buys a new Airtel sim card so I called the customer care and asked them if it is possible to deactivate my current pack and they said it is and they need **hours to do so. Now I have recharged for the *gb pack of RS *** but my old pack is still active and it has been more than **hrs . The customer care has blocked me from calling them also and this is most irritating.
