This is the company which is cheating me. I saw an ad of used iPhone * plus *** GB for ***** Indian rupees on Quikr. I made an offer of ***** then the person named John replied to me and told me to share my WhatsApp number so that we can have better clarity. In WhatsApp +*** *** *** **** John this is his number, he agreed to give me the phone at ***** and asked me to place an order by filling some form in Whatsapp, which is like this.

And asked me to pay the booking amount of ***** then I was like I don't have so much I can pay **** only if ok then say for that he was like ok send me **** the remaining ***** at the time of delivery after I transferred **** to this bank details

Then he is refusing to ship my order and asked me to pay **** more as his boss is not agreeing to this. Again I transferred **** to the same bank account. He said he will give me the tracking number so that I can track my order.
The next day morning I got a message on WhatsApp from a different number +** ***** ***** saying that he is Rahul from Tednet logistic service and shared me the below link and the tracking ID.

Then after a few minutes, he called me on WhatsApp and saying your shipment is on hold as you need to pay ***** delivery fee which was not informed me earlier then I asked him why is this fee. He was like don't worry this fee is for your parcel security and this amount is refundable at the time of delivery of my order. I had no other option I agreed to pay him the amount then he sends me the below bank details.

I transferred him ***** then he was like we didn't receive the amount from your bank but the amount was already deducted from my account. Later again he replied saying transfer another **** for confirmation. I said I don't have **** I can transfer *** then agreed and I transferred *** also. The total refundable amount was *****. Then after * to * hours, he replied on WhatsApp saying that your shipment is resumed kindly track using the above link and ID. I was quite happy thinking that finally, I am receiving my order, the next day when I tried tracking my shipment It is again on hold saying that I need to pay *****.** which is clearance and stamp fees which I was not informed earlier. I contacted the seller agent John what is this for every step you people are asking me to pay some or other amount. If this was the case why didn't you informed me earlier? He said sorry for that and asked me to pay that amount *****.** to resume the shipment. I was like sorry I don't have even a single penny to spend on you people. So I requested to cancel the order and refund my money back total (****+****+*****+*** =*****) for that he is saying he can't cancel the order nor he will refund my money back and saying if you want your order to be delivered then pay *****.** or else just forgot your order we are not going to refund any of your payments.

Then he agreed and asked me to pay **** the remaining he will manage to handle so I paid him **** and again **** still I didn't get my package instead he is asking **** more.
Total = ****+****+*****+***+****+**** = ***** rupees is my money I have paid them.

Now I don't know what to do, I don't have money to pay them and get my parcel nor they are cancelling my order and refunding my money back. So why I am raising this complaint against this company for hiding the information during order booking and asking me to pay unnecessary charges in the name of order and not cancelling the order and not refunding my money back.
