I ordered pant blazer set on **th March **** from Shadesltd. I messaged them after a week to check if the item was dispatched. They said it was dispatched from their end and would reach me in * days. I waited for a week, since I did not receive, I messaged them again. I have been messaging them continuously, but there is no response from them. I sent them mail as well and there is no reply. Tried to call them on insta, but it is not getting connected. I have paid *k for the set. If they are not going to deliver the item, I would like a refund.
