I have been cheated byLittleLoved Corner Pvt. Ltd. and its directors being (*) Ms. Sakshi Mathur, (*)Mr. Ajay Kushwaha (*)Mr. Devashish Rattan. The details of their conduct is mentioned herein below:

On **.**.****, I placed an order with your company vide order id LLC****/IKEA_**/****, through WhatsApp, as demanded by you, I made the payment of Rs.**,***, the payment details being UPI ref ID: ************. Thereafter, on **.**.****, I added a few more items to the above-mentioned order and also made the additional payment of Rs. *,*** vide UPI reference id: ************ as demanded by you.

At the time of placing the order, I was assured by you that my order will be delivered to me within **-** working days. However, no tracking ID was provided to me despite my request. During the said **-** working days, I repeatedly requested for updates on my order, however, I always got a template response that 'My products are in procurement stage'.

On **.**.****, to my shock I was informed that the delivery duration has been increased by another *-* working days. However, even after *-* days I did not receive any response/ update on my order. Subsequently, on **.**.****, I raised this issue with Ms. Garima Rattan - Head of Human Resource of your company on phone number: **********. Upon which I was again assured by Ms. Garima Rattan that my order will be dispatched by **.**.****, however, again no tracking detail was provided to me despite my request. It was after much persuasion and repeated requests, that on **.**.****, I was informed that I will receive the tracking details of my order within ** hours. Believing the assurance I agreed to wait for ** hours. However, despite a lapse of ** hours I was again not provided with any tracking detail whatsoever.

Thereafter, on **.**.****, I immediately contacted Mr. Ajay Kushwaha (Managing Director of your company on phone number: **********). Upon which Mr. Ajay Kushwaha requested me time till **.**.****, to provide me an update on my order and further assured me that my order will be delivered. It was only on **.**.****, that I was provided the following tracking details (i) *************, (ii) *************, for my orders.

Upon checking the tracking details it was revealed that my order has still not been dispatched. After pointing the same to the after-sales team I was again informed that the pick-up will be done on **.**.****. However, even on **.**.****, there is no change in the status of my order.

From the above, it is clear that your company and its directors had no intention of delivering the products that I ordered. It appears that the above mentioned persons from the very beginning had malafide intentions to cheat me. These persons after receiving the money and after repeated assurances are now adopting dilatory tactics. The conduct of the company and its officials is causing great harassment to me. I am left with no other option but to initiate legal action both civil and criminal against the company and its officials.
