i have placed an order in mama earth for mama earth me EDP , mama earth tea tree hair oil and tea tre shampoo on **th april **** .I have got a message saying my order has been delivered on april ** ,but i havent recieved any call that they are delivering it to me . So i havent recieved my order. I have been trying to contact them through mails ,calls,messages, but no one is responding .
i have already paid for my order of rupees ****.
Kindly please look into this and i am requesting you to update me ,so i can ask for a refund atleast.
