My order Id ******* was to delivered at Bangalore by **st August but was not done and on top of that the app showed delivered at the mentioned address on ** th August.That was a rakhi which has to be sent before rakshabandhan but these online companies have no sentiments and emotions what so ever.Ater raising a complaint I m being told to get a voucher against my order
