I am Eldho, a regular customer of amazon from **** and a prime member also.
This is to bring to your notice, the quality of customer service that has been
regarding from the past few days.
I have ordered Samsung galaxy Mobile on *st December and in site it seems, within
* days the product will delivered. I brought this phone for gifting someone special for me...
and its **th December.
I ordered this from Hyderabad, Only two weeks i'm staying here. and today(** Dec) I have to go back my home
in Kerala. The problem is till now I didn't get my Order, in site it seems on *rd December, the
package was arrived on Madhapur Hub Hyderabad, and the seller is daily daily rescheduling the delivery.
I contacted amazon customer executives * times...I didn't get a proper reply, they didn't even know the name and number
of the seller..
What a pathetic service amazon providing...
Amazon's leisure departments tells like if I didn't get my order on today (** DEC)
then I have to cancel the order and reorder this product again...and the refund takes TWO DAYS..!!
I am very Disappointed with amazon service.
