I ordered induction cooker from flipkart on *th august and it showed that it will be delivered to me by ** th August. The flipkart wishmaster called me on ** and asked for my address, to which I guided him with the help of nearest landmark. He did not deliver it and I received the message that he was unable to locate my address.
The item was out for delivery again for the next the three days. I got his number and sent him my location and the complete address. But he did not deliver it. The message that I got this time was that I was not available at my address. When I contacted him personally he told me that he was sorry.
Now my order has got cancelled. The customer care department is not helping me and asking me to reorder at a higher price (because i had purchased during discount period and now the discount period was over)
At every step I informed the customer care about my problem but they could not resolve the problem.
The company has wasted my time. I was unable to cook anything for an entire week due to them and now they want me to reorder the item and thus repeat the entire process of this discomfort again
Such things should happen to no customer, hence I am raising this issue
