I have requested for a exchange of a formal shoes order on Amazon india website. When the product is out for delivery i have called the delivery person number of times but the delivery person blocked my no for no reson and during night i checked the status in the amzon app , it showing that replacement order is cancelled as returning product is not as per standard. Delivery boy updated the wrong status without visiting my place . And i have called many times to amzon india customer care services and they didn't resolved my issue. I was in mental trauma since then. Pls help me
