i ordered redmi *a from mi.com/in on ** nov **** and till today and whenever i call they said to wait **hours,and every time they always torchoured me this question i asked them but got no response they are treating me like hell hundreds complaint i made against them

such complaint i made ** times i don't have record but from *th november i am everyday complaining to you to deliver my product but your back end team isn't capable enough to provide me solution i think they are trying to deliver my parcel after my death
i want to highlight some point and need explanation
*.why don't you acted on my complain on day * when i made myself clear
*.why you always assured me to wait for ** hours and your product will be deliver
*.why whenever i made complaints your team called me after ** hours of complaint why this much time is it was mention that you will took ** hours for not resolving complaint while i placed my order
*.why after waiting **+** hours i got same response and new complaint generated and same thing was told to me
*.why when i mentioned that i need my product send me new one and brought that sent product to yourself wasn't took in to advice
*.why when i always call and request for callback from your back end team they never call
*.why they don't call on my alternative number ever
*.why i was given assurance that we are sending you new phone wasn't implemented(i got a call from your team telling me that they are sending me new product in ** hours and tracking id and new order id will be provided to you in **hours but they didn't implemetend what they said cal got on **nov ** am attached call recording )
*.why you still expect me to wait for another *-* days for the same thing
please i request you to answer all my questions properly i deserve an explaination from you and your team, i also request you to please provide me my product asap and i won't accept the refund even if the world ended tomorrow i need my poduct and i deserve to have it.... thanking you,
