Order number : The Order Number Is : *******-*******-******* and HSN number : ******** related to Item Nike Women Blue Melange Solid Regular Fit Mid-Rise Dri-Fit Tempo Running Shorts - Rs. **** (Didn't Receive), Has Not Been Received. The Item Showed In Myntra Website That They Have Delivered On **th Of October, But It Has Not Been Received at all . When I Have Complained To Myntra,Their Customer Service Team Ask To Wait * Days For Investigation. Now Myntra Cliams That They Are Unable To Make Refund Despite My Repeated Follow-Ups They Never Provided A Resolution On Call.
Myntra Customer Service Is Pathetic I Had To Call Them *** Times For This Issue And They Never Provide A Resolution On Call Instead They Close The Tickets Saying They Are Unable To Refund The Amount. The Complaint Number With Myntra Is IN********************. Can you please help with this request to myntra take appropriate response on this? as of now there is No response from myntra on this item.
