My order has not been received but it has been marked delivered and i keep getting messages that it is delivered. When i tracked the order it was instead returned. i have sent emails, dm ig, tried calling customer care but they even told me that my items are delivered and i should check my neighbours. I have sent the screenshots of the tracking details, but I'm not getting proper response and getting ignored.
