- Package not delivered and they changed pincode without my concern Open
I ordered samsung galaxy s*plus on **th March and promise delivery date was **th March but they send it to anathor address,( later one of their senior customer care executive confirmed me that they willingly changed my pincode as they thought I filled wrong pincode in my address )and so they asked me to wait and promised me to deliver it within * days but they failed it again and changed promiy date to **th March then **th April and then **th May now *th June but I can clearly see that if I order a new same mobile today they will deliver it tomorrow.So because of their mistakes I'm suffering here ,when I asked them to give me compensation for my time they refused. Can anyone help me with this situation, what I need to do now, should I wait for anathor ** days?, ohh and yes the order is prepaid. One more thing when I asked them to file complaint they said there is already a complaint registered and I asked for update on complaint after ** April they said that they are working on it but recently I found that there is no complaint taken they fooled me all the time. I've all call recordings and mails.
