the order is done through zomato for ovenstory for a total amount rupees ****.** at **.**AM aug ** **** . The order is supposed to be delivered at **.**AM on the same day. Where as the order isnt delivered until *am. When checked with zomato , they credited *** towards the compensation and requested us to receive the order where as we were already waiting to have our dinner. We have received a call from ovenstory telling the order is on the way to be delivered . An hour passed by , we are trying to reach the delivery guy and he picked up the call after continuous trials. And he informs us that they havent even received the delivery package from Zomato at all and that they couldnt deliver.
I immediately checked with the zomato and they agreed to refund the amount of the order and they couldnt do that. I want the amount to be refunded in the original mode of payment where as they gave zomato credits of wrong amount. Zomato is forcing us to use the zomato credits where as I absolutely have no interest ordering from Zomato anymore. Zomato is wasted our time , made us wait for the order and then played with our money which is not tolerated at all . This is a misuse of our patience level not to forget that we havent eaten anything all this while waiting for the food. I need justice . Please resolve.
