- Package not delivered and refund is not initiated yet Open
I have ordered Redmi * on **rd April because I got a ****Rs coupon on Mi-Exchange. My old phone is Redmi *. On **th April, Delivery boy from Ekart came to deliver the product but due to some reason, he went back without delivering the new phone. Later, when I called him he told me that on his system it showing that this product is under replacement and not on exchange. On daily basis from the last * week, I am sending them a mail regarding this but they are not telling me the issue, they are just replying the same thing every time that our team is working on this, we have escalated this issue,be rest assured, we will get back to you etc.. etc...
From the *th May, as per tracking id order is rejected but it hasn't reached to the MI warehouse yet..from the last * days there is no change in a status of the order... please try to help me for initiating the refund of this order.
