- Package not delivered and denied to refund back Open
I am extremely disturbed with the pathetic service of d2h customer care department. I have been an HD customer for more than 6 years with 2 connections at home and always paid for annual packages in advance.
Somehow without informing me my package which is paid for the year in advance was changed and now after many calls and even online registration for the platinum HD pack on both TVs I am only getting sd on one of them. D2h had no right to change my package on their own without intimating me. The TRAI regulations are clear that its the consumers choice and not the service providers.
I request you to take strict and immediate action so that my problem is addressed immediately. Failing an immediate redressal of grievances from their side is a big issue.
