I have ordered a phone (MI Note * Pro, * GB,*** GB) from dealmyntra.in on April *, ****. The order number is #*****. I have not received the phone to date (April **, ****). I have tried to contact them through their
*) Online chat which they never responded.
*) The toll-free number which does not work.
*) Through their customer care email (cc@dealmyntra.in) through which there is no response. I do not want them to cheat or treat other customers this way.
