I ordered an alphabet bouquet on **.**.**** and was said that they will deliver it on the same day. There was no contact number. I tried to mail them multiple times. At night I receive a call saying that fresh flowers were not available and that they will deliver it the following day and it has not been delivered. There is no mail or reply from their end and the phone number is switched off. My order number is *********
