- Package for 2 food items not been delivered worth 150 each Open
I have placed * quantities (Birayani worth Rs.*** each exclusive taxes) from the restaurant Kabab magic where i have made payment for * packages through my debit card, when i have received the order only * qualities of packages of food have been delivered whereas * package of birayani worth Rs.*** each have not been delivered.. when i contacted swiggy chat support team agent K_Supriyo, I_anuranj, A_naveen and K_ranjan were not able to resolve my query. When i asked them to refund my money or delivery the missing order they refused to do it and forcefully provide me coupon code. When i contacted to swiggy customer support number agent Rashmi totally refused to resolve my query and started to speak unnecessary things, when i informed her either return my amount or deliver the missing food she began to speak meaningless things which has no sense at all.
