I had booked my oyo room with full payment for **/**/**** at Aunrag INN (Mysore) for * pax with * year child. When i reached at property, they denied me stating that room is full though my booking was confirmed.
Property owner requested me that he can shift me to other nearby property without any additional charges. Before me giving my confirmation they checked in my booking without my concern for anurag INN (OYO *****). I bought this notice to OYO guest experience manger and informed him that property owner offering me to other location which was * KM away from the city which i declined. Hence OYO ensured me that they will shift me to another location near by which i agreed.
They asked me to check in at Aishwarya le Royale (OYO ****). After reaching there the property manager denied check-in as he didn’t receive any booking from OYO. Hence I made call to OYO and asked them to resolve the issue with the property manager. But they failed, because the manger was not agreeing for the tariff offered to me. I got frustrated and asked guest exp manager (Mr. Arvind Kumar Yadav_******_TM) to initiate for full refund which he obliged and informed me that I would receive my refund within *-** days.
Now after following up from feb ** to till date with lot phone calls and emails I didn’t receive my refund amount. Each time they give a lame excuse saying that there was technical problem.
Though the refund amount is not a big concern for me but the way OYO and their associates handle customer is pathetic.
I will never recommend OYO …
