I have booked out station rides from Mumbai to Lonavala and return. Both the time I have been given coupon code of Rs. *** discount. For ride to Lonavala it was shown as Rs.****/- after discount. We reached destination in time without any traffic and they billed of Rs. ****/- and in return same was after discount it Rs.****/- but they charged ****/-. This ride was also without traffic. It shows thy deliberately shows lower amount at the time of booking and later they charge more and as no option we have to pay it.
This is very bad business tactics.
