- Overcharged on the ride Open
I booked ola cab on *-sep-** CRN **********. I successfully made payment through Google pay for Rs. ***. Still, the driver demanded payment in cash. I had to pay Rs. *** in cash also. Thus, I paid twice for the same ride. Tried contacting ola customer care for a refund but got no response from them. Also no support from the ola app support.
