- Overcharged bill provided Open
I am airtel postpaid customer. I wanted to highlight this concern that how Airtel is doing with their customer by sending some data to airtelgprs.com in *** GB of packets in every half an hour when the user is not in the country for charging them more. They sent *** GB pulse every half an hour when mobile data was not on from my mobile for continuously ** hours ** days without deviation of a single second and sent me a bill of **** Rs. (without checking the credit limit which is **** as well).
I also lodged a complaint at consumer forum with docket number ******* and seeking your help as well in this case.
They also not sent a single message that you used *** GB and I charged * Rs for this because they are doing this by themselves and done this continuously ** hours from ** days. I am also enclosing the bill which they sent to me and when you check it, you will also get shocked that how they did it smartly in every half an hour and created the bill and saying that I have used *.** MB data on airtelgprs.com and need to pay ****.
*. I am not illiterate that I will use *.** MB data on airtelgprs.com when I am not in India.
*. I have not realized that my mobile data is on for ** days when I am out of India.
*. I used the internet exactly after half an hour for the same data same website, ** hours, ** days (no sleeping, no eating, I went there only to use airtel data).
*. If I used then Airtel not sent me a single message to inform me and charged more than my credit limit.
*. Airtel can also charge ** Rs instead of * Rs every half an hour and create a bill of * lac instead of *,***.
