*. I had booked in OYO***, Nagpur from **th of March **** to **th of March **** vide booking number WADO****. At booking I got a message that **% payment is only mandatory at the time of check in. But I was forced to pay full amount at check in - Rs ****.**
*. When I came back from official work by around **:** hours on **th March ****, saw staff wearing all sorts of PPE's like gloves and masks. Asked them why a quick changeover from morning in self safety. Then they shared that COVID - ** patients are admitted to the isolation ward in the MAYO hospital just on the other side of the road. This is an unsafe situation. OYO should have intimated me about this issue and as of now this issue is of great health concern
*. I myself decided to quit the hotel by around **:** hours on **th itself and moved to another hotel OYO*** vide booking number VNCO**** almost * kilometers from the hotel considering my health safety which will be detrimental to me and the ultimate sufferer will be me and my family.
*. As OYO is claiming "SAFETY" as a great policy, would like to bring to your notice that OYO didn't take care of my safety which is a clear offence from OYO. Actually OYO should have intimated me in person and should have transferred me to a safer hotel of OYO at your expense which is a courtesy OYO should have done from your side
*. Before quitting when I informed and discussed with OYO customer support about the crisis and leaving on health emergency.
*. Several communications over WhatsApp and e mail were made and I was served with two invoices can be shared if required
In actual the following payment only to be levied from me and balance to be credited to my account

The room in oyo *** was in my custody only for * hours on **th afternoon. If the hotel people would have intimated to me in the morning about the issue, I would have checked out in the morning itself and would have moved to another hotel.
