I booked a ride to Alibaugon on May *th for May **th at *.** am. I received all the details about the ride and call from the driver * hour before the ride. Last minute while I sat ready and waiting for my ride I received a call by the driver that he is cancelling the ride or he would only give me ride if I paid him rupees** per km while the ola charges only rupees *.* and when I refused to pay him Rs. ** he cancelled the ride. The ola app showed that it was searching another ride for me but later it cancelled my entire ride and I was left hanging with no option.
Now I have to take a uber which is costing me approx **** one way.
