I ordered Zomato to deliver from Moti mahal delux tandoori trail on **th sep, **** for * combos to my friend's house. The order was for * Veg Biryani with Raita( Raita Missing), * chaap masala with lachchha paratha( Chaap masala missing), * Veg manchurian wirh fried rice(full delivered). When i got information from my friends i made a complaint to zomato customer care. They asked photographs. So i asked photographs from my friends family. They sent me pics of the items received but zomato wanted to send pics from phone of a person who actually ordered so i sent my phone and the zomato customer care said. Sorry for rhe inconvenience, we shall share this with restaurant to avoid repeatation of this mistake. How come a well know restaurant can make mistake by missing items. Probably it was zomato delivery who stole the items from packets. When i asked him i paid money in advance and u r giving me resolution for just not repeating . So he asked me to credit *** in my account. I asked him i dont need the compensation i need my items redelievered. Which they said i should shoot a mail to customer care. I remember when they started their busines i also started ordering them and they were so concerned about customer complaints. Now they dont care about that and i told them that i do regular orders on zomato. This is called cheating. Me paid full amount and this was no resolution on complaint. Let make them famous about their bd services. This way they shall be cheating a lot others in the same way by deficiency in their services and making money.
