I ordered flower s worth Rs *** on **th and in evening they called us told that they can't deliver the flowers today. They told they can deliver it tomorrow with extra shipping charge of Rs ***. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount to my source account but they said they would provide credit only. Why would I do any business with such site which is not at all reliable for any occasion. I want my refund. No credits.
