I had made an order for boult pro bass earphones (Order no. OD******************) on ** May ****. In a sale and on next day I received a message that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock but the item was still available with price hiked by ₹***. Then I called customer care and they told me that a solution will be provided till **rd May ****. I received a mail on ** May and as a solution, I was told that my past orders trend shows that my orders aren't for personal use and I will not be able to access my account. Firstly I was told that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock but with my complaint, they told me that my past orders weren't for personal use. They gave me different reasons for cancellation of my order. This is not right and not acceptable the way they had made false and baseless allegations on me. Then with the advice of consumer helpline, I went on to mail them but when I mailed them on cs@flipkart.com I was replied that this mail is no longer in use. Again I called customer care and asked for email id and they told me that an email id will be sent to me in my mail. But I didn't receive any mail so then I again called customer care and then I was provided with a solution for that and after my mail, I received a copy paste reply for that. Flipkart team has harassed me by giving different reasons for cancellation and by giving me the same solution on my complaints and the customer care has not always provided solution accurately so I had to call them again. I want compensation for harassing me, for putting wrong allegations, for all the time I wasted in finding product and making complaints and calling customer care, for not delivering me a product I ordered despite being in stock and I also want access to my Flipkart account back.
