- Order delivered to wrong adress then i go with cancellation ^Closed

I ordered Nike football shoes order no to my home adress but they called me from other area that my order has been arrived please recieve it i told them that this is not my adress to which adress i have ordered the shoes .Then the delivery boy said ok then will you go for cancellation i said can you deliver to my adress which i have already given at the time of order they said no then i said ok i will go with cancellation. Then i said what about my refund they said that thing will be confirmed by the company then I thought company will call me after cancellation of order but no they didn't call me anymore.
