Order cancelled without notice and customer support lied Open

Complaint filed against: PayTM
I ordered Macbook Air for 58rs on 12th March 2017.
After the order was completed the payTM cancelled the order without my notice.
When I tried to reach then on facebook at that time the customer support lied to me by saying that the order was cancelled by my side.
When I refused there claim and checked my mail then I found a mail from paytm saying that order was cancelled from there side.
But after I told then to again place my order then they refused to do do and said that it was a technical error.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
