- Order cancelled by the seller Open
Around a month ago on **/*/**, I tried buying a realme mobile from their official app and the transaction went through successfully. Money was deducted but after *-* days the order status was updated as “cancelled”. Understanding that this can be a technical fault. I reached out to the customer care for details and he assured me that within a few business days I will get the refund. On */*/** I called them again for inquiring about a refund because it was delayed. Mr Ajit talked to me asked me to send an email regarding the situation which I immediately sent. After getting no response for * more days, on **/*/** Mr Dev from customer care talked to me and said he has placed a call back request from backend team. Backend team called me on **/*/** and reassured (on call and email as well) that the money will be refunded within *-* working days. On **/*/**, I reached out again to the customer care (Mr Vishant) he said this delay might have been because of the weekend. On **/*/**, when I called again a so-called senior talked to me and committed that I will get a call back in the evening (which never happened). On **/*/**, Mr Rajat committed that before next Monday anyhow I will receive my money back (another false commitment). They are still saying that process is initiated but when I asked for a reference number they say there isn’t anything like reference number for this (is this a joke?). Right now, today on **/*/**, I am still holding the phone in another hand while typing this Mr Sabhya has put my call on hold from last ** minutes saying that he's connecting me to a senior. Just look at the number of times I have reached out yet I have got no proper response from them.
