- Order cancelled without calling me and charged me for full order Open

I am a regular zomato user. I ordered from zomato **/**/**** @*:** AM, order id: **********. I did not received any update and call. Then I called delivery executive at @*:** AM to get to know the status of my order. He told me my order was cancelled, as my number was unreachable. I asked him how was I able to call you if I was unreachable. He told check with customer care.
I reached zomato chat service #* times till today for addressing this concerns. But all they are saying that since delivery guy could not reach me my order was cancelled. And they are replying same thing and disconnecting me from chat. I asked them for some superior mail id or any other platform to reach. They said they are best person to address my concerns and giving me any info related to mail id or platform. All this thing happened till *:**AM.
How is it my problem if delivery guy is not able to reach me, I called him and he spoke with me, so I was reachable.
Secondly If he reached the location why he didn't rang my bell.
I have snapshot of my call logs and all the chats.
And I am being charged for this, where there is no mistake from my end. Can you please address this concern.
I want my money refunded, as there was no issue from my end.
